And I never stepped on the property........
This is a sad tale of how one phone call can decide where my spend my spa dollars.
I had plans with a spa girlfriend to head up Hwy. 84 to the beautiful Columbia Gorge, and enjoy a day in the Hot Springs.
I started with the website looking for the spa menu and pricing of the soaks, wraps, and treatments. Found hardly anything about the spa. Then I turned to the my old stayby, the phone. (my favorite way to communicate with anyone, unless they are sitting acorss form me at the office)
I could not even believe the horrible conversation I had with the two people that I spoke too that afternoon.
Ten minutes and I was convinced, Carson Hot Springs will not be getting my spa dollars today.
I did follow up with a email to this address [email protected] the only one on the website. As of today January 8th 2022 I have heard nothing from The Resort.
